What is included in a sparkle clean?
A sparkle clean is a final, detailed cleaning performed after construction or renovation to make a property look pristine and ready for occupancy. Some of the areas focused on are: surfaces, including countertops, shelves, and furniture. If you’d like us to focus on specific areas, please let us know.
How do I pay for an After Builders clean?
First we need to provide you with a quote based on the information you provide about the property. Get a quote here. We then require the payment to be done beforehand in order to confirm the booking. We will provide an invoice with all details provided for you to make payment.

What is the cancellation policy?
We reserve the right to charge a fee of £50 for any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours. This fee will also apply if the cleaner is unable to access your property to perform their duties. See our T&Cs for more information
What is included in a deep clean?
Our cleaners thoroughly deep clean all areas of the property, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and toilets. If you’d like us to focus on specific areas, please let us know.
Do I need to be at the property on the day?
You don’t need to be at the property during the clean, but you’ll need to leave a key for the cleaner to pick up and begin the job.
No, the cleaning duration varies depending on the size and condition of the property. The estimated time is based on several factors, and while our cleaners will strive to complete the work within the given timeframe, some jobs may take longer to finish.
Do I need to provide a vacuum and mop for my clean?
Yes, we kindly ask that clients provide a working vacuum cleaner and mop on site.
This ensures our team can use equipment that’s already suited to your home’s flooring and avoids bringing in external allergens, bacteria or outside contaminants.
We’ll bring all other eco-friendly cleaning products and tools needed.
