Our end of tenancy deep cleans ensures the property is restored to a clean, hygienic and presentable condition, helping tenants fulfil their contractual obligations and landlords prepare for new occupants, which in turn, will help to maximise the return of your deposit.

  • If we've completed an end of tenancy cleaning at your London property and the inspection inventory fails, please contact us. We'll arrange for our specialist cleaners to return and re-clean the property at no extra cost.

  • First we need to provide you with a quote based on the information you provide about the property. Get a quote here. We then require the payment to be done beforehand in order to confirm the booking. We will provide an invoice with all details provided for you to make payment.

  • You don't need to be at the property during the clean, but you'll need to leave a key for the end of tenancy cleaner to pick up and begin the job.

  • Please book at your own convenience, we will contact you if any changes need to be made to your service.

  • No, the cleaning duration varies depending on the size and condition of the property. The estimated time is based on several factors, and while our cleaners will strive to complete the work within the given timeframe, some jobs may take longer to finish.

  • We reserve the right to charge a fee of £50 for any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours. This fee will also apply if the cleaner is unable to access your property to perform their duties. See our T&Cs for more information
