  • Your property should be left vacant for at least 48 hours after construction or renovation work is completed to allow the dust to settle.

  • Please book at your own convenience, we will contact you if any changes need to be made to your service.

  • No, the cleaning duration varies depending on the size and condition of the property. The estimated time is based on several factors, and while our cleaners will strive to complete the work within the given timeframe, some jobs may take longer to finish.

  • We reserve the right to charge a fee of £50 for any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours. This fee will also apply if the cleaner is unable to access your property to perform their duties. See our T&Cs for more information
